OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It's a management framework that many companies use to set goals. The company has a goal, and each person in the company has their own goal under that goal. For example, one company's goal may be to increase sales by 10%, which means that each person in the company would have a smaller objective like adding an additional $100 worth of products to their store. OKRs are important because they help people stay focused on achieving the big goals of the company.
Zen OKR is part of Zen Flowchart's productivity suite. It offers a simple tool to manage personal & work OKR.
Users can create an Objective with multiple Key Results to manage team or personal goals.
Objectives must be Significant, Concrete, Action-Oriented, Inspirational. Good key results are Specific & Time Bound, Aggressive yet reality-based, measurable & verifiable.
An OKR should be a quantifiable, measurable, and achievable goal. It should also have a timeline in which people know when the goal should be accomplished. The best way to set an OKR is to figure out your current position (e.g., where you are now) and what your desired end position looks like (e.g., where you would like to end up)
